does any one have the scan_arm.rar file to fix my boot error

     updated 708 and have this issue.  a new file in the community can possibly fix it but is no longer available.  any one get it before it was taken down?  can I get that file if so? (scan_arm.rar)

     I checked both of the backups I have for my DS708 (old and new) and neither of them have that file.

    There IS a file named scan_arm.exe if that is any help to you.
